Requirements

• Good knowledge of agreement way of working, process, and tools under agreement management
• Good understanding of TR tools and portals, Wedge applications, Cyber security, Fuel, lube oil and water management, Maintenance management, Operation management, Control room knowledge, Electrical systems, Engine Control Systems, Engine knowledge, Performance and Trend analysis, Scheduled maintenance, technical drawings, and flow charts
• Strong technical and in-depth knowledge of Wartsila engine and auxiliary systems with over 5 years of experience in operations or technical support roles
• Ability to lead a team at an area level
• Drives results with excellent skills in planning and leading the change and execution
