Wärtsilä is looking for a Field Service Superintendent 4S Engines to join their team in Surgères, France. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate field service resources and activities at sites, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Good experience and knowledge of field service practices and processes
• Proficient technical knowledge of Diesel Engines and Mechanical
• Establish guidelines and professional knowledge to resolve operational issues
• Identifies, develops, and supports modifications to current field service systems, tools, and processes
• Provides market and operational insights
• Coordinates, plans and prioritizes activities of field service projects to ensure timely delivery
• Develops and maintains ongoing positive internal/external relationships relevant to own area of work. Channels and shares information and knowledge to appropriate stakeholders
