Obsolescence Project Engineer / Chef de Projet Obsolescence

Wärtsilä is a global leader in innovative technologies and lifecycle solutions for the marine and energy markets. We are recruiting an Obsolescence Project Engineer for a permanent contract at our Surgères site, specializing in the reconditioning of high-speed engines serving as emergency diesel generators to Nuclear power Plants worldwide.

Requirements

• 5 years' higher education in Engineering
• minimum 5 years experience in project management in an industrial environment
• excellent interpersonal skills
• strong willingness to push the projects forward
• objective oriented
• able to foster team spirit
• excellent analytical and summarizing skills
• knowledge in manufacturing processes
• proven ability to lead a project team
• excellent communication skills and ability to develop relationship
• good level of English (written and spoken)
• at ease with MS Project, Pack Office, and ideally SAP
