Project Engineer, Customer Delivery

We are looking for a Project Engineer, Customer Delivery to join our team working for a better future. The position is permanent, preferred locations are Vaasa, Finland or Drunen, the Netherlands. Your role will be part of an experienced project team to execute demanding projects in challenging environments.

Requirements

• A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in engineering (mechanical, electrical, process, industrial management, or shipbuilding preferred).
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in project-based or international business environments.
• Good knowledge of Wärtsilä technologies, solutions, and products.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in an international setting.
• A proactive mindset, with a willingness to improve ways of working and contribute to continuous development.
• Willingness to travel and fluency in English.
