Job Description
Wärtsilä is a world leader in marine technology and is seeking a Scrum Master to help improve the overall product development capabilities in their Digital Product Development organization. The Scrum Master will act as an agile coach, change agent, and teacher, helping teams and the wider organization to make incremental changes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a multi-team or large product development environment
- Strong background in coaching teams to reduce technical debt while achieving high value delivery
- Deep understanding of the Scrum Guide and the LeSS Principles
- Ability and interest in challenging the status quo, facilitate change, and foster systemic improvement
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Relevant Scrum Master education and certifications (e.g. PSM II/III, LeSS Practitioner or Coach certification)
