Senior Technical Expert

We are seeking a Senior Technical Expert to provide high quality and on-time technical support and contribute to product improvement processes for 4-Stroke products.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering or Bachelor degree in Marine, Mechanical or other applicable technical degree
• Approximately 5 years of working experience within 4-Stroke mechanics and machinery controls
• Relevant experience with operations and/or installation and maintenance of other Wartsila products
• Good English skills, both verbally and written
• Ability to flexibility and good cooperation skills
• Technical problem-solving skills
• Safety certificate for offshore (if not Wärtsilä will cover expenses for this)
• Good knowledge in sales and technical negotiation
• Structured, analytic, and self-dependent working attitude
