Technical Advisor - Agreement

Wärtsilä is an innovative technology company seeking a Technical Advisor to support day-to-day power plant operations, advise customers on technical and operational matters, and ensure optimal plant performance.

Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of power plant operations, mechanical and/or electrical systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting, data analysis, and performance monitoring in an industrial or power generation environment.
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to lead a small team, manage tasks, and support personnel development.
• Proficiency in report writing, KPI tracking tools, and systems such as WiseLT (or similar).
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
