Behavioral Interventionist Educational Support Specialist role at ChOICE Academy. This entry-level position involves supervising youth within an integrated mental health treatment facility, implementing behavior programming and milieu counseling, and providing education and support to students. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in human services, education or psychology or equivalent education and experience
• Organization skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to stand, walk, and/or run for prolonged period
• Positive regard for individuals with disabilities
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
• Willing and able to complete physical and verbal de-escalation training
