Washington County Mental Health Services (WCMHS) is seeking Service Coordinators to provide critical supports to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and autism. The role involves coordinating person-centered services, supervising staff, providing direct care, and managing administrative tasks. WCMHS has been serving the community for over 50 years, providing education, support, and treatment for individuals and families facing mental health challenges, substance use issues, and developmental disabilities.

Requirements

• High school completion or equivalent
• Team leadership experience
• Three or more years’ experience providing services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, including autism
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and supportive services
• Ability to collaborate with internal and community partners
• Excellent organizational skills
• Crisis intervention and de-escalation skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to drive with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
