Responsibilities include monitoring performance, delivering training, and advocating for patients' well-being.

Requirements

• Provide individual and group supervision to Service Coordinators.
• Provide onboarding, training, and guidance in person-first and client-centered care principles.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance and financial metrics.
• Deliver and facilitate training on electronic medical records systems and other skills.
• Resource a crisis and use external teams as needed.
