Radiation Therapist - Radiation Oncology Center - Per Diem 8 hr - Days

This per diem Radiation Therapy position at a Radiation Oncology Center involves applying radiation therapy treatments, troubleshooting linear accelerator problems, and providing clinical instruction to radiation therapy students. The therapist will work under the direction of a Radiation Oncologist and assist in referral processes.

Requirements

• Completion of a Radiation Therapy Technology Program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology
• AA or BA degree
• Required/Certified by the California Department of Health Services as a Radiation Therapist
• Required/Certified or eligible for certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Radiation Therapy
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiation Therapist
