WaterAid Bangladesh is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Officer to lead the MERL functions of the Utility Strengthening Project in Chattogram. The role requires strong analytical skills, field experience, and a commitment to promoting evidence-based decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Statistics, Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 03 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, or quality assurance, preferably in WASH or development projects.
- Strong knowledge of MERL methodologies, tools, and data analysis techniques.
- Experience in designing and conducting field assessments and research.
- Proficiency in using online survey and data collection tools (e.g., mWater, KoboToolbox, Google Forms) for quantitative and qualitative research.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, KoboToolbox).
