Sr Chemistry Account Manager

Waters, the world's leading specialty measurement company, is seeking a Principal Chemistry Account Manager to support the growth of their businesses across Hyderabad Territory. The role involves addressing new and existing customers, maintaining and developing existing customer relationships, and formulating and implementing business plans. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of positive sales performance, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of liquid chromatography and consumable products.

Requirements

• BSc / Msc/ MTech with Marketing or business administration (MBA preferred)
• 10-15 years Experience in Chemistry Consumable Sales
• Knowledge of Liquid Chromatography
• Excellent negotiation skills / financial & general numeracy skills / communication skills / presentation skills / forecasting & general sales skill
• Nice to have technical and practical solution Selling Experience, particularly in selling High end Technology products will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with SFDC / SAP / Excel
• Highly passionate individual with charisma, perseverance and determination, plus the ability to work effectively in competitive sales situations;
• Customer focussed with good level of listening skills;
• Ability to understand and communicate technical & commercial values;
• Good priority setting and organisational skills
• Proficient English and regional Language Skills
• A clean driving license and a valid passport will be required;
