Requirements
- 4+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally with mid-market or enterprise clients
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in a consultative sales environment
- Strong presentation and demo skills; ability to tailor messaging to specific business needs
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory. Portuguese proficiency is a strong plus.
- Experience selling to Iberia markets is essential; familiarity with local business cultures is a bonus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely while managing your own pipeline.
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and structured sales methodologies.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where experimentation and collaboration drive success.
