The Inside Sales Coordinator (DOT Estimator) serves as the central hub of communication within a direct territory sales team, managing the bid process from start to finish and working closely with the sales team to identify project opportunities and facilitate communication between internal teams and customers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of CRM experience; prior estimating experience is strongly preferred
- Traffic industry or DOT project estimating experience preferred
- Ability to stay focused and engaged in routine tasks while managing multiple deadlines
- Ability to read and interpret bid documents, specifications, and technical drawings
