Residential Supervisor, The Haven

Wayfinder Family Services is seeking a Residential Supervisor to provide direct care for unaccompanied children and youth ages 12-17.5. The primary focus is on developing daily living skills, socialization, independence, behavior management, and pre-vocational skills. The supervisor will oversee the haven staff during the shift and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years as a supervisor/manager in a residential setting
• ProAct trained and or ProAct certified trainer (preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively with members of interdisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated awareness of, sensitivity to and competence in dealing with culturally, socio-economically diverse client population
