Supervisor, Adult Services

Wayfinder Family Services seeks a Supervisor, Adult Services to oversee and lead the Davidson Program for Independence, OIB program, and Employment Services programs. The successful candidate will facilitate training and coordinate residential components, maintaining program facilities and equipment, and coordinating policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least an associate degree from an accredited university in a related field
• A minimum of two years of experience working with people with visual impairments
• Willingness and ability to make frequent field visits and attend meetings, conferences, and other job-related events
• Ability to maintain a working knowledge of local and national resources and significant trends in blindness rehabilitation and employment development
