Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist

The Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist is responsible for managing the company's payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor bills, expense reports, and payments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable or similar accounting role.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP knowledge is a plus).
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Ramp, QuickBooks).
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
