Recruiter

We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter with proven high-volume agency experience and a strong background in recruiting for General Contractors (GCs) and mission-critical construction projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of high-volume agency recruiting experience
• Proven track record recruiting in construction, mission-critical, industrial, commercial, or MEP-related sectors
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting strategies
• Strong sourcing skills using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other proactive outreach strategies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing fast-paced requisitions and meeting aggressive hiring goals
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and CRM tools
