Requirements

• Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for assigned projects.
• Monitor and update project budgets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
• Maintain renewal schedules for contracts, subscriptions, and vendor services.
• Support project teams with documentation, reporting, and administrative coordination.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies and questions.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial and operational tasks to support project delivery.
