Construction Project Coordinator - Remote

We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Overwatch Mission Critical. As a remote full-time position, you will work with project teams to track invoices, update project budgets, and coordinate with internal departments and vendors.

Requirements

• Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for assigned projects
• Monitor and update project budgets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting
• Maintain renewal schedules for contracts, subscriptions, and vendor services
• Support project teams with documentation, reporting, and administrative coordination
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies and questions
• Assist with ad-hoc financial and operational tasks to support project delivery
