Weave is seeking a Director of Payments Operations to drive the transformation of our Payments product as a core component of our overall business strategy. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented operations leader with deep experience in the FinTech/Payments industry and a specific focus on SMB's.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of payment operations, Card Brand Interchange, payments program design, and a demonstrated level of success influencing cross-functional teams
- Experience working with various payment pricing models and commercial structures such as flat rate and IC+
- Exceptional individual leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive alignment across teams toward common goals
- Strategic thinker able to define processes and design customer-centric experiences that differentiate the Payments product offering
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage an executive audience
- Ability to work fluidly across all organizational functions
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills, including a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced, rapidly scaling environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
