Sales Recruiter - 12 month FTC

We are looking for a Sales Recruiter to join our People Operations team to scale our sales teams globally. You will work on the full cycle recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, and source candidates through various channels.

Requirements

• Exceptional problem-solving, planning and communication skills
• Demonstrated track record of success in talent acquisition and development of sourcing strategy
• Ability to understand long-term and short-term perspectives of situations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
• Adaptability to moving business needs
• Comfortable dealing with internal stakeholders and deep diving into team needs
