Account Executive, EMEA (CEE)

Webflow is seeking a top performer Account Executive, EMEA (Central & Eastern Europe) to drive the full sales cycle, focusing on long-term value and growth within the UK and Central & Eastern Europe. This role involves engaging with key stakeholders, managing prospect-to-close deals, and building a strong partner ecosystem. The company specializes in Website Experience Platform (WXP) to bring development superpowers to teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing and closing full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a high-growth or startup setting
• Skilled in working lead queues, outbound prospecting, and pipeline generation
• Strong ability to lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
• Experience working with a robust partner ecosystem
• Professional working proficiency in either Polish, Russian, or Czech, ideally German
• Confidently communicate and tailor messaging to different audiences
