Job Description
WebFX is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join their Ann Arbor office location. The role involves managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, onboarding and advising customers, and driving usage and adoption to ensure customer success. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 0-2 years of experience in sales and customer success, and exceptional communication skills.
