UX Designer

We are seeking a UX Designer to join the CX team at Webranking in Correggio, Italy. This role involves ideation, design, and development of digital products, focusing on creating unique user experiences. The role requires experience with Design Thinking and User-Centered Design, as well as knowledge of online user behavior monitoring tools.

Requirements

• Experience as a UX Designer for at least 2 years
• Solid knowledge of Design Thinking and User Centered Design
• Management of workshops with end-users and stakeholders
• Understanding and translation of business and digital service and product requirements
• Creation of benchmark analysis and scenario
• Excellent knowledge of user research and user monitoring behavior
• Excellent knowledge of online user behavior monitoring tools
• Design of oriented informative architectures
• Production of flowcharts and low/high fidelity wireframes
• Excellent knowledge of the main design software and rapid prototyping tools
• Familiarity with different validation techniques
• Excellent knowledge of testing tools
• Experience in the field of CRO
