Job Description
We are seeking a UX Designer for the Milan/Correggio location at Webranking. This role involves supporting customers through the ideation, design, and development of innovative digital products, ensuring they meet user needs and business requirements. The designer will work with UX writers, UI designers, and researchers, and will implement strong user research methods.
Requirements
- Experience as a UX Designer for at least 2 years
- Solid knowledge of processes and design thinking methodologies and User Centered Design
- Management of workshops with end-users and stakeholders
- Understanding and translation of business and digital service and product needs
- Implementation of benchmark analysis and scenario studies
- Excellent knowledge of user research and monitoring of user behavior
- Excellent knowledge of online user monitoring tools
- Design of information architecture and low/high fidelity wireframes
- Familiarity with Figma, Penpot, Framer, Adobe XD
- Familiarity with online user monitoring tools (Hotjar, Contentsquare, Clarity)
- Experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Knowledge of AB Testing tools (AB Tasty, VWO)
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics
- Good knowledge of SEO logic
- Curiosity, a great passion for 360 design
