Engineer - Site

The Engineer - Site role is responsible for inspecting and installing equipment, directing crews, conducting research, and reporting on project status for the Snowy 2.0 project. The role involves managing safety guidelines, communicating with teams, and diagnosing construction or machinery problems.

Requirements

• Tertiary Qualifications in Civil Engineering or similar discipline
• White Card
• C Class Driver’s License
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the Construction Industry in a similar role
• Experience working on large scale construction projects or other suitable projects works
• 3-5 years experience working with TBM
• Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Initiative and creative problem-solving skills
• Self motivated
• Sound interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to work to deadlines and targets and can prioritise tasks under pressure
• Good organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
