This role is for a driven and entrepreneurial sales professional to lead growth for the Supply Chain Finance vertical. The role focuses on expanding market presence by acquiring and managing key anchor partners, distributors, and retailers while driving credit utilisation and portfolio performance within the MSME ecosystem.
Requirements
- Identify, onboard, and activate new brand anchors, distributors, and retailers to increase adoption of SCF solutions.
- Design and execute regional sales plans to meet acquisition, disbursement, and revenue goals.
- Build a strong funnel by identifying high-growth industries, brands, and regional opportunities.
- Develop long-term partnerships with senior decision-makers at anchor organisations.
- Participate in trade forums, business events, and networking platforms to strengthen brand presence and market credibility.
- Monitor anchor program performance, flag early risks, and drive controlled scale-up.
- Work with Risk, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding, disbursement, and program delivery.
