Requirements
- Lead project-based B2B sales in the building materials, construction, or infrastructure ecosystem.
- Drive regional market expansion, customer acquisition, and competitive positioning.
- Ensure revenue delivery, payment collections, and disciplined credit management.
- Build data-driven sales forecasts, market insights, and performance dashboards.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team (currently 6 members).
- Strengthen brand presence through targeted partnerships, marketing, and industry engagement.
- Establish structured sales governance through KPIs, MIS, and reporting frameworks.
