We are looking for a dynamic and driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead customer acquisition efforts for enterprise clients. This role involves identifying and engaging with senior stakeholders across India’s top 1000 companies, pitching solutions, and driving conversions.
Requirements
- Research and identify prospects within target enterprise accounts.
- Connect with senior stakeholders (VP and above) in HR, Admin, and Marketing functions through email, social media, and calls to secure meetings.
- Deliver compelling product and solution presentations tailored to client needs.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers to generate new business opportunities.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to deepen account penetration and increase wallet share.
- Maintain accurate and timely sales data in the CRM system.
- Follow structured sales processes and participate actively in ongoing sales and product training programs.
