Requirements
- Develop and implement long-term financial strategies to support organizational growth and sustainability.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across all centers and programs.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, including FCRA, CSR, Income Tax, and Companies Act (Section 8).
- Present financial reports, dashboards, and risk assessments to the Board and Audit Committee.
- Oversee financial audits, internal controls, and ensure accountability in all transactions.
- Manage corpus funds, reserves, and investment portfolios to ensure stable and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with fundraising teams to prepare financial proposals, cost estimates, and donor reports.
- Maintain accurate and transparent financial records for all donor-funded projects.
- Establish enterprise risk management systems and conduct preventive financial audits.
- Lead implementation of ERP and MIS systems for improved financial monitoring and reporting.
- Mentor and guide the finance team, promoting professional growth and adherence to ethical financial practices.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with operations, fundraising, and human resources teams to ensure integrated financial management.
