We are seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. The role involves end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT domains, with a focus on strategic sourcing and leadership hiring. Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building and maintaining a candidate pipeline, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding).
• Handle diverse hiring mandates across technology, operations, sales, finance, marketing, HR, and support functions.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand role requirements and set hiring priorities.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
