Requirements
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding).
- Handle diverse hiring mandates across technology, operations, sales, finance, marketing, HR, and support functions.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand role requirements and set hiring priorities.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
