Requirements
- 10+ years leading both product and engineering in a high-scale platform, ecosystem, or marketplace environment
- Proven ownership of architecture, infrastructure and technical strategy
- Deep experience building multi-product platforms and supporting multiple business lines
- Track record of implementing product development operating models that increase speed and clarity
- Combines strong product intuition with architectural depth and commercial understanding
- Experience in gaming, martech, creator tech, or content ecosystems is a strong plus
