Head of Partnerships at Wehype

Wehype is hiring a Head of Partnerships to lead and scale our team of Partnership Managers and Sales Directors, driving new business, reactivating dormant accounts, and accelerating growth within existing partnerships.

Requirements

• Proven leader with strong experience coaching and managing commercial teams
• Solid understanding of the gaming industry (industry experience strongly preferred)
• Comfortable owning numbers, forecasts, and results - while leading through people
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to structure, prioritize, and execute
• Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus, not a requirement)
• Willing and able to work on-site in Stockholm 3–4 days per week
