Dispatcher

LiftOne is seeking a Dispatcher to support its branch operations and maintain high customer satisfaction. The Dispatcher will help train and mentor new team members.

Requirements

• Create, monitor, and manage the service technician work calendars and assignments
• Dispatch technicians to customer locations
• Monitor back ordered parts and ensure technicians have necessary training and certifications
• Maintain regular communication with service technicians
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up communications
• Monitor real time work in process and maintain its age to branch goal
• Conduct daily recap of the status of projects and assignments
• Maintain appropriate records, files, documentation, etc.
• Review service dashboard reports and assist service management as a solutions provider
