Requirements
- Maintaining, sustaining, and increasing customer service levels
- Providing training for parts sales representatives on sales products and knowledge of the company
- Developing and implementing follow-up on sales programs for marketing various items
- Developing sales programs for specific competitive truck users and road service force
- Monitoring management reports daily
- Managing obsolescence and consignment inventories
- Researching and processing customer orders
- Approving invoices for processing
- Conducting annual performance reviews for parts sales representatives
- Recruiting and training new parts sales representatives
- Managing Truck Stock Replenishment for Technicians
- Preparing budget estimate for parts
