The Parts Manager is responsible for front line customer service in parts and service areas, and for assisting the Service Department in identifying, acquiring, and invoicing all parts to work orders. This role will drive parts sales by identifying new customer opportunities, reaching out to dormant accounts, and promoting key product lines.
