Job Description
WelbeHealth provides life-extending healthcare to senior participants through the PACE model. This Outreach Specialist role focuses on building relationships within the community and generating qualified leads, rather than directly selling products. The role prioritizes connection, education, and engagement with senior and community partners.
Requirements
- Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities
- Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations
- Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners
- Develop and implement monthly marketing plans
