The Role of Destination Owner is focused on the operational performance, driver engagement, and local health of destinations within the network.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, mobility, or marketplace management.
- Proven track record of managing performance and executing improvement actions based on data insights.
- Strong analytical skills - ability to use dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
- Hands-on problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of local market conditions.
