Destination Owner (Spain)

Welcome is a travel tech startup that redefines the way people travel by providing a complete, personalized, in-destination travel experience. As a Destination Owner, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operational performance, driver engagement, and local health of one or more destinations within our network.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, mobility, or marketplace management
• Proven track record of managing performance and executing improvement actions based on data insights
• Strong analytical skills
• Hands-on problem solver with a proactive approach to spotting and addressing operational challenges
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Understanding of local market conditions
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with local language skills considered an advantage
