Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Artist in game development, with a focus on procedural content generation.
- Deep expertise in Unreal Engine and procedural workflows.
- Strong understanding of world-building techniques, landscape generation, and instancing methods.
- Experience developing tools and pipelines for terrain, foliage, settlements, and asset scattering.
- Solid programming/scripting skills in C++, or HLSL.
- Familiarity with shader development and performance optimization for large environments.
- Strong artistic sense and ability to balance procedural generation with creative direction.
- Ability to debug and optimize complex pipelines.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
