Job Description
The Unit Secretary/Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing general clinical support to patients, including basic nursing care, chart maintenance, and communication with physicians and staff. The role involves patient care, sample collection, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the patient. This is a full-time, bi-weekly position with shifts ranging from 7pm-7a, rotating on weekends.
Requirements
- Provide general nursing care and personal care assistance.
- Assist in patient transport and preparation.
- Enter and retrieve data from computer files.
- Schedule tests and procedures.
- Order and stock supplies.
