Associate Project Manager, Capital Projects (US Northeast)

Welltower is looking for an Associate Project Manager to oversee multiple complex senior housing capital projects throughout the Northeast region. The role involves managing daily on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders, and ensuring projects are on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field highly preferred
• A minimum of 3 years' related work experience
• Knowledge of real estate construction a plus
• Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
