Project Manager, Capital Projects (Mid-Atlantic)

Requirements

• Manage and execute daily on-site activities for multiple projects
• Lead project meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders
• Conduct frequent property inspections
• Establish expectations and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare/update weekly/monthly project status reports
• Process invoices and change orders
• Update construction progress schedules and trackers
