We are seeking a Waste Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing equipment as part of the main MEI teams. This role requires a fully qualified electrician with experience in working as part of a team, good communication skills, and the ability to develop positive working relationships.
Requirements
- Fully qualified electrician
- Compliance with 17th Edition IEE regulations
- Full, UK Driving Licence
- An excellent understanding of planning and scheduling of work processes
- Ability to develop positive working relationships and to be seen as a highly credible representative of the team
- Ability to take responsibility, make decisions and uses initiative, working proactively
- Solution focused approach to resolving problems
- Critical thinking to be able to analyse information and provide a solution to situation effectively
- Experience in working as part of a team
- Good communication skills and ability to influence others
