Team Lead Operations Analytics & Hardware Performance (all genders)

As Team Lead Operations Analytics & Hardware Performance, you will oversee technical monitoring of parking facilities and serve as interface between Operations and Engineering, ensuring long-term reliability of system.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, (Industrial) Engineering, or comparable field
• At least three years of relevant professional experience in Operations, Operations Data Analysis, or Site Reliability Engineering
• Initial leadership experience or team building experience in dynamic environment
• Strong technical understanding of hardware and software, solid analytical skills, advanced Excel skills, basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python), and experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Metabase, or Looker)
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1)
