Team Lead System Performance - Operations (all genders)

As a Team Lead System Performance - Operations, you will lead a team of up to 5 people, build a high-performing team, and be responsible for the performance of our hardware systems for parking space monitoring. You will contribute to the improvement of company-wide processes and review the implementation and success of product improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in business informatics, engineering, or a comparable field
• At least three years of relevant work experience in operations, operations data analyst, or site reliability engineering
• Leadership responsibility or experience in building a team in a dynamic environment
• Technical understanding of hardware and software, strong analytical skills, and ability to communicate technical concepts
• Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (C1)
