Group Leader

The Group Leader is responsible for planning and executing structured activities for children and adolescents. This role involves monitoring attendance, outreach, ensuring quality program delivery, and maintaining a safe and stimulating environment. Collaboration with other school personnel and families is a key component of the position.

Requirements

• Assist the Program Coordinator in maintaining program policies.
• Provide emergency response and be the point person for incidents.
• Create structured after-school activities.
• Participate in outreach activities for youth recruitment.
• Supervise and interact with students in various activities.
• Perform outreach to the local community.
• Complete training in CPR and First Aid.
• Maintain records and program documentation.
• Communicate with teachers and parents.
