Job Description
Wesco Turf is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and customer loyalty across assigned territories, representing Wesco Turf in professional service. This role involves building relationships with municipalities, sports field accounts, and purchasing agents, delivering solutions, and managing the entire sales cycle, from quoting to post-delivery follow-up. The Territory Manager will also represent the company at trade shows and maintain assets for efficient operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related administrative/support role
- Knowledge of Sports Fields & Grounds industry (strongly preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and territory independently
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems a plus
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
